This procedure is intended for GrabOne deals that are separate from the standard activity. The main purpose is to manage the quota of GrabOne/Bulk Third Party Voucher bookings during prime activity slots.

Preparation

Head to Setup Your Activities - Activities and click on your activity allocated to deals (Parasail DEAL in this example). Check 'Can Be Gift Vouchered', then save changes.

Confirm that the appropriate price types and price schedules exist for this deal and update as appropriate. In this example the price types are 'Single flight' and 'Tandem flight'. Refer to updating and creating prices section in the Help Centre for more information

Deal Code Configuration

Navigate to (1) Vouchers - (2) New Gift Vouchers and click on the (3) deal activity (Parasail DEAL in this example)

In the Deal section, click (4) 'Create Multiple Vouchers'

In the New Deal Menu, type a (5) Deal Name, (6) Deal description, select (7) the deal price type unit. Then select the appropriate (8) start date and deal (9) end date. Click on (10) Upload Codes.

In the Upload & Select Deal Codes window, click on (11) Choose file and navigate to your deal codes (in csv format). Click (12) upload.

The system will upload the deal codes, the click on the (13) first deal code. This will select all the other deal codes on your csv file, then click (14) Use Selected Codes.

The system will then (15) import your deal codes. Click on (16) Create Vouchers and once all Deals are created (17) a message will appear indicating that vouchers have been created.

Repeat steps (1) to (17) for each set of deal codes.
When all deal codes have been created, head to Setup Your Activities - Activities and click on your activity allocated to deals (Parasail DEAL in this example). Uncheck 'Can Be Gift Vouchered', then save changes.
