Refunds, Cancellations and T&Cs

RTBS Payment Gateway Refunds

Any booking for which payment was processed within RTBS (Credit Card Online, PAYLINK or website bookings using the Payment Gateway) can be refunded by the activity operator through the Central Reservation System. Please see the chapter Refunding RTBS Payment Gateway Transactions for instructions on this process.




Non-RTBS Payment Gateway Refunds

If payment was taken by a booking agent, in general the customer should be advised to return to the agent to receive their refund (unless the activity operator chooses to refund the customer in-house and invoice the agent).

Activity Operators are responsible for refunding customers who have paid them directly. For more information on either of these processes, please see Refunds and Cancellations
