RTBS Reports Suite (Central Reservation System)
Report Builder:
There are a number of template reports available, however the Report Builder allows an Operator to customise their specific reporting requirements.
New Report Builder Template setup options:
Agent Bookings:
Agent Bookings → External Bookings - lists (by date created) any bookings made by or through an agency other than the operator themselves (except a specific RTBS website page agent record has been created for the operator).
Operator Bookings:
Operator Bookings → Agency Summary - totals by agent, but uses departure date rather than booking date. Operator (internal) bookings are included in this report.
Operator Bookings → Nationality Summary - total pax numbers and revenue by Nationality, where the original 'Nationality' field has been used on the booking form.
Operator Bookings → Price Summary - gives a breakdown by units sold for a set period, by activity date. The report can be filtered by agent.
Operator Bookings → Travelled Summary - contains the same columns of data as the External Bookings report, but this one searches by activity date rather than booking date, and doesn't exclude internal bookings.
Operator Bookings → Webuser Summary - groups sales by the user who made the booking, so it can be a handy way for an operator to identify their highest performing individual booking agents.
Other Reports:
Other Reports → Activity Pax - provides total pax numbers by activity for a set time period.
Other Reports → Customer Emails - lists any bookings where email addresses have been entered.
Other Reports → Equipment - shows what equipment has been allocated to each trip departure.
Other Reports → Extra Booking Info Summary - how many times an answer has been provided for
any Custom Fields which have been created for them - so long as reporting has been enabled for that field. This report is most helpful for 'Select' or 'Multi-Select' style custom fields.
Other Reports → Gift Vouchers - search by date created, and filter the results either by activity, or by voucher status (eg Expired, Redeemed, Cancelled etc).
Other Reports → Number of Trips - how many active departures (trips with active bookings) they had (or are currently scheduled) for a specified date range.
Other Reports → Pickup Points - gives the number of people (pax) who booked to be collected from each preset pickup point, with an optional filter by activity.
Other Reports → Reference Extra - Groups bookings by the data from the Extra Reference field on the booking form, and provides a total value for each variant.
Other Reports → Scheduled Bookings By Activity - Similar to a manifest gives key booking information and can be run for all activities happening on a day, or filtered by activity.
Other Reports → Scheduled Bookings by Price - almost identical to Scheduled Bookings by Activity, but with mandatory grouping by Price (unit) type booked instead of by Activity.
Other Reports → Training Report - shows an operator which agents have attempted their product training quizzes through the TMO, and how they got on.
Other Reports → Trip Pax - gives a passenger (pax) count for selected trips within a specified date range. The report can either give a total number of passengers for the period, or group the data by date, departure time, morning or afternoon, by price/unit booked, or by activity.
Other Reports → Unused Bookings - Bookings can be marked as 'Used' or 'Confirmed' through the main manifest screen, or via the default HTML pickup manifest. This identifies bookings that haven't been marked as 'Used', and the number of days since the booking was created.
Other Reports → View Live Agents - provides a list of booking agents marked as 'Live Agent' in their RTBS Agent Record. The list of agents is grouped by Location.
Reports by Booking Date:
Reports by Booking Date → Internal Transaction Summary by Payment Method - providing data only on bookings that are associated with the operators' own Agency ID. If a separate Agent Record has been created for RTBS website page bookings, these will not show in this report.
Reports By Booking Date → Payment Method Summary - Outdated Report (pending removal)
Reports By Booking Date → Payments by Activity - shows activity totals by internal transactions and website booking page.
Reports By Booking Date → Payments by Agent - transaction totals by Agent for each Payment method.
Reports By Booking Date → Payments by Booking - individual booking transaction total by scheduled date, and any outstanding balance remaining. Includes bookings entered by booking agents.
Reports by Booking Date → Payments by Site - If an operator accepts payments at more than one location, in RTBS they can have multiple payment sites created. Details total by payment method for each site, for the set date range.
Reports by Booking Date → Price Summary - sorts pax numbers (and 'takings') by Price Type, and searches by the date the booking is created, can include and exclude cancelled bookings.
Reports by Booking Date → Promotion Report - all bookings that were made using a Promo Code, with info on the value of each booking, value before the promo was applied (RRP), and discount received.
Reports by Booking Date → Transaction Summary Ordered by Operator - give totals by activity based on booking value (pending removal).
Reports by Booking Date → Transaction Summary Ordered by Payment Method - identical to the Internal Transaction Summary by Payment Method, but displays both agent and internal bookings.
Reports by Booking Date → Transactions - Totals are given for amount Purchased and Refunded, as well as by Payment Method and Location (operator or agent) for a set time period.
